We reserve the right to cancel any orders. We will send you an email confirmation of such cancellation and you will not be charged for your order.

You acknowledge that prices do not include shipping and handling charges or applicable Taxes (defined below), if any, for which you are responsible.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, accept cancellations, or allow exchanges to be made.

DAMAGES

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. 

All items must be inspected within 10 days of receiving and customer service must be notified within 10 days of delivery. Images and descriptions of defects/damages must be provided for review. 

COLOUR

You understand and agree that Tony McDermott Art LTD uses commercially reasonable efforts to display the colours of printed Works accurately via our website. However, because individual computer monitors may display colours differently, Tony McDermott Art LTD is not responsible for the colour accuracy of any Original Works of Art, Digital Works or Printed Works displayed on the Services, and disclaims all liability in this regard.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and Tony McDermott Art LTD are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, Tony McDermott Art LTD and its licensors exclusively own all right, title and interest in and to the content, including all associated intellectual property rights. You will not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Tony McDermott Art LTD Content.

COPYRIGHT POLICY 

Tony McDermott Art LTD respects copyright law and expects others to do the same. It is our policy to terminate in appropriate circumstances of Members or other Account holders who repeatedly infringe or are believed to be repeatedly infringing the rights of copyright holders.
